Consolidation Chart of Accounts
The Consolidation Chart of Accounts allows to facilitate comprehensive financial reporting and analysis at the group level.
Consolidated Chart of Accounts is created using the Consolidation wizard (File/Consolidation Wizard) or via Charts in the Client folder, where further amendments can also be made.
For Consolidated Charts of Accounts, the following principles apply:
Charts of Accounts are based on a chart from a client that is part of the consolidated company.
Partial charts of accounts cannot be used.
Only charts imported from Sage can be used as a base for newly created Chart of Accounts.
When a Consolidated Chart of Accounts is created, ProudNumber points out cases where:
A nominal code is part of the chart of accounts of a consolidated client, but it is not the client's chart of accounts it is based on.
There are duplicates in the chart (nominal codes are part of different categories for different clients).
