Aged Creditors Reports and Graphical Representation
Aged Creditor Report displays:
- Total amount of money the business owes to its suppliers by grouping the amounts according to the number of days outstanding
- Top 10 creditors
- graphical representation of credit owed

The aged creditors report accounts for invoices on the purchase ledger up to the report end date, while reflecting invoice payments made up to the date the report is run.
For example, if the aged creditors report is run on 15 March, with a report end date of 28 February, it will include all outstanding invoices recorded in the purchase ledger up to 28 February. Additionally, it will reflect any payments made on those invoices up until 15 March.
Note: Negative creditor days indicate that a company's payment was recorded in a prior period.
