Since our start in 2007, we’ve gained a wide range of experience across different projects, leading us to develop ProudNumbers—a tool designed to make accounting reporting easy and stress-free. We’re hands-on in every part of the journey, from the daily grind to planning for the future. This isn’t just a job for us—we’re personally and financially invested because we truly care about helping our customers succeed. Our goal is to build a company that lasts. We make decisions with the long term in mind, choosing sustainable growth over quick wins.

Pavol Rovensky is a company director, and a Principal Software Developer at Hexner Limited. He studied medicine before 1989, but after societal and political changes of the Velvet Revolution, he earned an M.Sc. in Radio-electronics at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He has been programming since the early 1990's. His love for software delivered the first Windows-Based Hotel and Restaurant Management System in the Czech Republic, still used until nowadays in boutique hotels, and restaurants.

Later he relocated to Iceland, working on the problem of the Icelandic Healthcare database. In 2004, he started to work for Tripos, Inc. in Bude, UK, working on the problem of biological activity of research drug compounds. As a contractor - since 2007 - he’s worked in various software companies through Bristol, and South West. His special interest in the economy and politics led him to build the understanding of the accountancy systems, especially the first generation of PC-based systems. He developed an off–the–shelf software product, ProudNumbers and continues to be responsible for all activities in Hexner Limited.

Pavol is an active airplane model enthusiast, skilled model builder with 40-year experience. He competitively flew an international model glider category of F1A free-flight gliders. He also flies aerobatics with ignition engine-powered models and is a holder of BMFA "A" certificate. He is a member of a local Blackdown RCFC model flying club and a voluntary webmaster of Sidmouth Amateur Radio Society, with an active amateur radio licence.

Jana Rovenska is a company secretary. She is a Business and Test Analyst, working on the financial reporting applications since mid 1990-s. She started her career in Bank Austria, Prague, followed by a position in Czech Savings Bank as Head of Card Payment, research and development department.

After relocating to the UK in the early 2000's, she became a principal creator of the software preventing card payment processing fraud installed in many renowned banks in the UK and abroad. Later she has applied her skills and knowledge leading implementation projects for companies like Shell, RBS and Global Payments.

She is a keen hiker, and you can meet her walking the South West Coastal Path.
